Shell Cove Construction Update - Ancora Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the latest update, and very first update for your new Ancora Apartment for 2023. After the Christmas and New Year break, Parkview have now resumed onsite and have made tremendous progress to the structure.

We are very excited to announce that Building B has now ""topped out"", with Building C following closely behind with only the roof slab to be completed. Reaching this milestone means that the structure, including the roof, has reached its maximum height. Parkview anticipate top out for building C to occur in late February with Building A anticipated to top out in March.

Internally, the fit out trades have started installation work in the basement and ground floors of Buildings B & C with works such as partitions, blockwork and services. The arrival of fit out trades brings excitement to the project as the individual apartments begin to take shape.

Settlement Timing Forecast

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Ancora Apartments is late Quarter 3, 2023.
