Ancora Basement Works - October 2022

Another productive month for the Ancora project with 2 of the 3 ground floor transfer slabs being successfully completed amongst some challenging weather. The Building A ground floor slab is nearing completion. Formwork is now complete with reinforcement steel also nearing completion in readiness for the slab to be poured in early November (weather permitting).

We are excited to report that the Building B & Building C ground floor slabs are now complete which means the upper apartment levels can begin to rise above street level. Scaffolding and suspended formwork to these buildings have now commenced with concrete pours to follow in close pursuit. Level 1 suspended slabs for all buildings is scheduled to be completed next month.

Settlement Timing Forecast

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Ancora Apartments is Quarter 3, 2023.

The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival was a huge success!
A wonderful weekend was had with the thousands who turned out to enjoy The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival on the weekend. A festival of feasting, fun and fireworks and a celebration of the unique style and flavour that the NSW South Coast has to offer. The event showcased over 30 food, wine, spirits and beer vendors as well as family-friendly entertainment and rides.
