Ancora Basement Works - August 2022

We are excited to bring you the latest construction update for your new Ancora apartment at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

A mostly dry August has resulted in some wonderful progress onsite this month. Over 50% of the basement structure is now complete and formwork has been installed in preparation for the first section of the ground floor suspended transfer slab with waterproofing contractors making a start in Basement A. Parkview are rapidly working their way towards 100% completion of the basement structure.

'For construction' plans of the interior were completed this month as the design development of Ancora edges towards completion. The current focus is coordinating the building's facade design between the architect and the facade engineer. This is a critical step to ensure Ancora's facade meets all relevant design standards and remains water tight.

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Ancora Apartments is Quarter 3, 2023.
