Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

We are very pleased to bring you April's construction update for SOUL Residences at Midtown MacPark.

SOUL Residences

Another productive month onsite with the lift core now up to level 14-15 and the tower structure up to level 10.

Inside the building there are a variety of trades and activities underway. The high-level installation of services is complete up to level 6, wall installation on level 5, ceiling installation on level 3, wall setting and sanding on level 2, painting on level 1, and waterproofing to wet areas on the upper ground level.

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in the first quarter of 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Midtown Site

Elsewhere on site the remaining roads are being completed, and this includes sewer, potable water and electrical infrastructure. Work continues on the Shrimpton's Creek bridge, with the deck being poured this month as well as the connection to Lyon Park Road.
