Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

We are very pleased to bring you April's construction update for MAC Residences at Midtown MacPark.

MAC Residences

Another productive month onsite, the lift core has now reached level 20 whilst the tower structure is at level 18. The external framing and wall set-out is completed up to level 14. The installation of windows, door framing, and high-level services are also up to level 14.

Inside the apartments the wall sheeting is complete up to level 10 and the ceiling sheeting is at level 9. Painting works are following closely behind, and kitchen joinery installation is up to level 5. Lastly, internal tiling to floors and bathrooms has progressed to level 6.

We currently anticipate completion of MAC Residences to occur in the fourth quarter of 2023. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Midtown Site

Elsewhere on site the remaining roads are being completed, and this includes sewer, potable water and electrical infrastructure. Work continues on the Shrimpton's Creek bridge, with the deck being poured this month as well as the connection to Lyon Park Road.
