Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block E

We are pleased to bring you the first construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block E for 2024.

Since re-commencing works this new year, the team have reached a major milestone with all concrete slabs now laid for houses fronting General Boulevard and Farrell Street. This has led to the commencement of structural steel installation and preparation works for scaffold erection. These works will then enable the timber structure installation to commence in the coming weeks.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in late 2024.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
