Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block E

We are pleased to bring you an update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block E.

The retaining wall footings are installed with brick work to the walls now complete. Waterproofing and services to the walls are now complete and back filled. Piling installation is well advanced with drainage install to commence in the coming week.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in late 2024.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
