Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new apartment here in The Clifton at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Clifton is progressing well with the pouring of the slabs completed up to level 5, with the roof slab expected soon. Once completed, we will reach an important milestone - topping out! The architectural construction certificate is currently being finalised, which will allow external wall framing to commence.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements will occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
