Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new apartment here in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Construction of The Arlington is progressing well with the pouring of the slabs now reaching level 3. In the background Binah are working on the detailed design for long lead-time items.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements would occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
