Ed.Square Construction Update - Clifton Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new apartment here in The Clifton at Ed.Square.

Site enabling works have now completed and we've seen Binah reach the next important milestone for The Clifton, the pouring of the first concrete slabs. The site really is a hive of activity!

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements would occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
