Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new apartment here in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Exciting news, Binah's crane has erected on-site and is now in operation. The scaffold installation has reached level 2 and above ground works have commenced with formwork starting for The Arlington.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements would occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
