Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the next construction update for your new apartment here in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

We are continuing to work through the detailed construction documentation in preparation for the commencement of works onsite.

Binah are still on-track to establish themselves onsite during March, with the early works commencing shortly after.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements would occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
