Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We are pleased to bring you the first construction update for 2023, for your new apartment here in The Arlington at Ed.Square.

Late last year we were excited to announce that Binah have been chosen as the construction contractor for your new apartment. They are currently working through the detailed construction documentation in preparation for the commencement of works onsite.

Binah will be establishing themselves onsite during the month of March, with the early works commencing shortly after.

Based on the current program, it is anticipated that construction completion and settlements would occur in the 4th Quarter of 2024.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current construction program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
