Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 1.

Works have been progressing at a good pace onsite .

Lot 13046-13058: Roof install is now complete to the eastern wing, along with façade wrapping. The rough-in of services is continuing. The installation of cladding and internal linings is scheduled to commence now.

Lot 13059-13072: The western wing structure has now topped out and roof install has commenced. This has seen rough-in of services commence with façade works due commence late in the month.

Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements forecast to occur in Quarter 3 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
