Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We would like to bring you an update on the tendering process for the construction of The Arlington and The Clifton Apartments at Ed.Square. 

We are in the final stages of the tender process and intend to appoint a building contractor in the coming weeks. We will announce the successful builder to you in a separate update. We apologise that this has taken longer than expected.

The settlement of The Arlington and The Clifton Apartments is anticipated to occur in mid-2024.
