Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 1 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you the next update on the progress of your new home in Brooklyn Row at Ed.Square.

Block 1 Townhomes

Lots 13046-13072: The eastern wing roof truss installation is nearing completion. which will see the roof sheets going on in the coming weeks. Services trades have commenced rough in on the ground floor. Frames for the western wing have been delivered and installation has commenced.

Block 2 Townhomes
Lots 13022-13045: The eastern wing window installation is nearing completion and the facade battening is well underway. This will see facade cladding installation commence in the coming days. The roughing in of services is now in the quality assurance stages. Window installation to the west wing is nearing completion and the solar panels and hot water systems are going in.

Block 1 & 2: Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements are forecast to commence in mid-2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
