Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

We would like to bring you an update on the tendering process for the construction of The Arlington and The Clifton Apartments at Ed.Square. 

We are pleased to advise that a preferred construction contractor has been agreed. The construction contract is currently being finalised and we expect to make a formal announcement who the builder is next month, and see them established on-site in February 2023.

The settlement of The Arlington and The Clifton Apartments is anticipated to occur in late-2024.
