Ed.Square Construction Update - Arlington Apartments

The first half of 2022 has been an exciting time for Ed, watch our latest project update video above, to find out what's new and coming over the next few months. In addition to the great progress at Ed.Square we are pleased to bring you an update on the tendering process for the construction of The Arlington and The Clifton Apartments below.

The tendering of these buildings is continuing and it is still anticipated that tender submissions will be received throughout this month, allowing the announcement of the builder to occur in September 2022.

The revised new settlement date for The Arlington and The Clifton Apartments is anticipated to occur in mid 2024.
