We look for passionate people who are curious and ambitious, who will embrace our culture of diversity and inclusivity, and who will thrive in a collaborative environment. We are progressive, collaborative, respectful and real, and we look for people who share our values to join our team.
Information on the skills, experience, and qualifications to meet specific roles is listed on Job Opportunities page.
Our recruitment is thorough and specific to the role, and we are guided by our values throughout the process. We keep you updated each step of the way.
First, the Frasers Property Careers team will review your online application and, if your qualifications and experience match the specific role, a Recruitment Manager will be in contact to discuss the next steps. This will typically be a brief interview by phone or teleconference, to determine if an in-person interview is appropriate for you and for us.
From there, subsequent interviews with Frasers Property team members can be organised, so you can meet your potential colleagues and manager, and become familiar with our People & Culture team. Some roles may involve psychometric testing to ensure your suitability.
Finally, we undertake referee checks and background checks before making an offer of employment.
If you have any questions about accessibility during the recruitment process, simply get in touch. Workplace adjustments are offered to all our existing staff, so we extend this flexibility to potential new employees too. If you would like an adjustment or help with your application, we’re happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.
Our friendly Careers team will be able to assist with accessibility and any other questions you have, so email them at careers@frasersproperty.com.au.
